I worked on the ATFLIR program for 8 years, and loved every minute of it, from building & testing the first Engineering Development Pod to supporting our guys on the Navy Carriers during the Gulf war, when we had hundreds of these pods delivered.  Glad to have contributed to our military’s success!

During World War II the Army Corps of Engineers needed to hide the Lockheed Burbank Aircraft Plant to protect it from a possible Japanese air attack. They covered it with camouflage netting  to make it look like a rural subdivision from the air…

Apache gunships with the 82nd Combat Aviation Brigade, TF Pegasus, observe insurgents in the act of emplacing an Improvised Explosive Device in southern Afghanistan. But before the Apaches moves in for the strike, the insurgents’ bomb goes off, killing them in the act.
