Who Is Angella Raisian

Angella Raisian, who is fluent in four languages, is not only an Aerospace engineering professional by day, but she is also a licensed Real Estate Broker / Investor, and a Social Media Consultant, by night.

In her engineering career Angella has worked on a number of military programs and held positions such as: Flight Test Engineer on the F-22 and C-17 aircraft programs, System Engineer on a SBIRS Low satellite program, a Field Support Engineer on a Navy carrier, and a Lead Engineer on the Joint Strike F-35 program.

Angella is also the owner of Paragon Realty & Investments in the state of California, and has been working with a large network of Southern California real estate investors, and bulk REO buyers, for a number of years.  She specializes in foreclosure home, bulk REO, and commercial real estate sales, as well as setting up turn-key commercial investment packages for busy professionals.

Angella Raisian has almost 20 years of real estate investing experience, having bought her first foreclosure home as soon as she graduated from college.  After having sold most of her properties in the mid 2000’s, Angella once again is an active real estate investor in the current market, working directly with a number of banks and their Special Asset departments.

Angella is also a Social Media Consultant and provides Internet Marketing training, blog design and setup, and online business development services to entrepreneurs, business, and real estate Brokerages.  About once a month she holds free workshops through Meetup.com, training those businesses owners expand their presence on the Internet, as well as how to utilize Social Media and Internet Marketing principles to reach a worldwide business clientele and increase their income.

As her spare time allows, Angella uses her Social Media & Internwt Marketing skills to educate Realtors and Small Business owners about Internet Marketing.  She holds Meetup workshops periodically, and does speaking engagements at Real Estate Investment Clubs, to teach others about using Internet Marketing to exponentially multiply their business and clientele base.

Angella Raisian graduated from California State University, Fullerton, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and a Minor in Mathematics.   She has been a licensed California Real Estate Broker since 1994 and a Financial Planner since 1997.
