F-18 High G Passout Video – Funny

December 16, 2010

This is why I would never have the guts to go in a chase plane, like some of the photogs, or the guys on their last day at work.   The pilots are crazy!  The older they are, the crazier they get.  No joke!  They love having fun at the poor civilians’ expense like that.

  1. Paul Tretter Says:

There is much blame to go around. I find every client and every loan to have different situations. I can say this has cost us as taxpayers an incredible amount of money and we are not anywhere close to the end. If you follow the history of the lack of due diligence with the loans and use of MERS. Everything is based on contracts, and property law and for good reason. The system has been corrupted enough to be very close to unusable by those who thought for personal gain or otherwise to make far reaching process and policy decisions. Then the very idea of rating MBS and selling CDO’s based on these mortgages. Who made these decisions that put us here and caused such a severe meltdown. Homeowners come long after the root cause of the situation and they should be held responsible like everyone else. By focusing on them alone however you miss the point. If you read the congressional testimony you would realize no one knows who owns what at this point. Is that the homeowners fault? Have you ever read a contract for an option Arm or an Alt A loan. You should then you can point the finger at who you wish. Simply, they were loans that were destined to fail and should have not been taken out by unsophisticated folks. I am more concerned that we can salvage the system. I fear the worst is yet to come and that outcome will have to be some kind of work around. You cannot trample on peoples rights as has been done countless times. If the banks and lenders had properly recorded these mortgages we would not be in this mess. You have Servicer’s that would rather take a loan to foreclosure because it is more profitable than trying to work out a solution. All the major servicer’s are involved in class action lawsuits over how they have treated people holding these mortgage’s. It’s so much more than jut moving forward with foreclosures unfortunately. Read blog post by Rob Hahn or Yves @ Naked Capitalism and maybe you will start to see the gravity of the situation.
