Just a warning: In Washington State, and probably some other States too, the Washington State Department of Revenue is going after the Owner who hires/contracts a non Licensed handyman for wages withholding items, such as workmans compensation, labor and industry’s employee accident/health insurance and business sales and/or use taxes. The State is treating the unlicensed Contractor as your employee. It is very likely unconstitutional but Gorillas are forceful and demanding and don’t really care.
