New CAR Purchase Agreement Requirement:
On April 28th 2010 the New CAR Purchase Agreement will take effect. One of the new requirements from the seller is that a completed Seller Statement of Information must be submitted within 7 days of acceptance. This is good news for anyone that does not like suprises at the end of a transaction. The “SI” allows for elimination of any problems that might arise during the course of escrow,especially related to Title Insurance.
